Issue: Multiple Channels Audio Silence

Dear Customers, we are currently experiencing an issue with multiple channels with audio silence which are beyond our control. Our channel providers are currently working diligently to resolve this issue as soon as possible. We will update you with an estimated time for the channel feed return as soon as it is provided. We humbly apologize for any inconvenience caused. Thank you for understanding.

Please be advised that the audio for the channels has been restored. However, MTV and TRUTV are currently experiencing the issue. We will continue to provide further updates when more information becomes available

Dear Customers, we are currently experiencing some technical issues with WETV, OWN, Hallmark MM and Investigation Discovery feeds at this time and our team is working diligently to resolve them as soon as possible. We do not have an estimated time for resolving the issue. We will continue to provide updates until the channels have been restored to normal operations.
