Issue: Multiple Channels Audio Silence

Dear Customers, we are currently experiencing an issue with multiple channels with audio silence which are beyond our control. Our channel providers are currently working diligently to resolve this issue as soon as possible. We will update you with an estimated time for the channel feed return as soon as it is provided.
